Job Description

We are looking for experienced Online Assistants to join our Travel Account team. The role involves assisting customers with travel bookings, changes, and inquiries using GDS platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with at least 1 year of GDS experience who are seeking a stable schedule with weekends off.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer travel-related requests including bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes using GDS tools (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
Provide professional and accurate assistance via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with service standards.
Accurately update booking details and maintain proper documentation.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while adhering to travel policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience using GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar platforms).
High school graduate (K-12), college level, or graduate.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
Willing to work onsite and on a fixed weekday schedule.
