Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, or chats, ensuring timely and effective responses
Maintain a friendly, patient, and empathetic tone while addressing concerns or complaints
Accurately record and update customer information, feedback, and issue resolutions in the system
Qualifications:
Must be a High School graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS program graduate
Clear and confident communication skills, both spoken and written
