Job Description
Reporting – Sales, Operations, Logistics and Quality
Data Management - covering data encoding, data cleansing, data conversion, data processing, data downloading and uploading to several
Databases
Data annotation – annotating lens images for the lenses / glasses part of the eyeglasses
Product Audit – frame audit for sun and eyeglasses
Qualifications:
● Graduate of any related 4-year course and must have (1) year or more of working experience in back-office operations;
● Detailed oriented and resourceful;
● Basic to intermediate data management tools (i.e. MS Excel, Sheets, etc.)
● strong sense of commitment to the organization’s goals and values;
● high flexibility in shifting schedule and extended working hours;
● ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment;
● ability to meet aggressive deadlines;
● able to comply with the organization’s hybrid set up;
