Job Description

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answers phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems.
Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
Manages Sales Team schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel (as needed for management area).
Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Secures information by completing database backups.
Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answers basic company services and other visa related inquiries.
Plot client schedules, follow up specialists’ appointments, check or do audit responses and other related schedules.
Email follow up for aged clients or idle clients, set up follow up for these types of clients.
Follow Up other supporting activities relative to client inquiries and liaise the best support both sales and operations team.
Responds and Coordinate to clients using the Sales Systems;
Monitor clients that has been processed, set appointments, follow-up, catch up, re-schedule appointments and of other similar instructions.
Any related communication that will improve both client servicing and specialist scheduling that could improve the volume and the number of client conversation.
