Job Description
The Junior Dining Manager supports the overall dining operations by assisting in the supervision of daily restaurant activities, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness. This role works closely with senior management and front-of-house staff to coordinate meal service, manage reservations, address guest concerns, and uphold health and safety regulations. The Junior Dining Manager also helps with staff training, scheduling, and inventory control to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily dining room operations and staff supervision
Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health standards
Support staff training and performance monitoring
Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies
Resolve customer issues in a professional manner
Qualifications:
Experience in hospitality or restaurant management preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
