Job Description

• Analyze product performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define business requirements, while managing backlogs and creating roadmaps and wire frames.

• Gather and interpret data to create actionable insights that inform product strategy and decision-making.

• Monitor user feedback and reviews to identify pain points and enhancement opportunities.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for products.

• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate new features or product changes.

• Work closely with data analysts and engineering teams to ensure the accuracy of data and insights.

• Translate business and customer requirements into detailed functional specifications for product teams.

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and assist in prioritizing product initiatives.
