Job Description

1. Overseeing Integrated Marketing Strategies across Multiple Restaurant Brands.
- Develop and execute unified yet tailored marketing plans for each restaurant brand under BFI Resto, ensuring consistency in brand voice while catering to different customer segments (e.g., family-friendly, premium dining, fast casual).
- Coordinate multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, print, events) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to keep BFI Resto’s brands ahead in the market.

2. Leading and Developing a High-Performing Marketing Team
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of marketing specialists (social media managers, content creators, digital marketers, etc.).
- Foster a creative and data-driven culture, encouraging experimentation while maintaining ROI focus.
- Conduct weekly check-ins, performance reviews, and skill-building workshops.

3. Setting goals, providing coaching, and managing budgets
- Define quarterly and annual KPIs (e.g., customer acquisition cost, social media engagement, sales growth).
- Allocate budgets across brands and campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to team members, identifying strengths and growth areas.

4. Spearheading Innovative Campaigns and Brand-Building Initiatives
- Design viral-worthy campaigns (e.g., user-generated content challenges, limited-time menu drops).
- Strengthen brand identity through storytelling (e.g., behind-the-scenes chef features, sustainability efforts).

5. Analyzing data to inform strategic decisions
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools to track campaign performance.
- Generate monthly performance reports, highlighting wins, losses, and optimization opportunities.

6. Liaising with Cross-Functional Departments
- Work with Operations to ensure promotions are executable (e.g., staff training for new menu launches).
- Collaborate with Finance to align marketing spend with revenue targets.

7. Championing New Marketing Technologies and Tools
- Research and implement AI-driven tools (e.g., chatbots for customer service, predictive analytics for demand forecasting).
- Train the team on automation platforms (e.g., meta auto replies for customers).

8. Pursuing Strategic Partnership Opportunities
- Identify brand collaborations (e.g., teaming up with another company for a co-branded product).
- Negotiate influencer and media partnerships to expand reach.

9. Providing Regular Progress Updates and Recommendations to the Manager & President
- Prepare executive dashboards with key metrics (e.g., sales lift from campaigns, customer sentiment analysis).
- Present data-backed recommendations (e.g., expanding into a new market, discontinuing low-performing promotions).

10. Additional requirements and expectations
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for brand events or market research.
- Strong project management skills (Trello experience is a plus).
- Passion for food, hospitality, and emerging marketing trends.

Job Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of marketing experience; preferably in food service, retail, or hospitality.
- Proven leadership with supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication, design sense, and project management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or events when needed.
Salary:
