Job Description
✔️Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
✔️Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Finance) or CPA/CMA certification is strongly preferred.
Experience:
✔️Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field.
✔️Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
✔️Experience in managing a finance team or department is preferred.
Technical Skills:
✔️Proficiency with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).
✔️Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling).
✔️Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
✔️Leadership & Communication:
✔️Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities.
✔️Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
✔️Analytical & Organizational Skills:
✔️High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
✔️Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
✔️Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
