Job Description
Position: Finance Manager
Industry: Shared Services Company
Location: Quezon City
Work Set up: Hybrid (3x work on site)
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000 Basic (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: 2PM - 10PM or 4PM - 12AM
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree holder
CPA license is an advantage.
Has 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis
People Management experience for about 2-5 years
Amenable to work on site.
Responsibilities:
Create expectations for the future based on trends in actual performance, anticipated strategy changes, and other business inputs.
Consolidate data, run targeted queries and reports, and offer thorough analysis and assistance to important stakeholders.
Compute and create accruals and deferral journals in financial accounting.
Look for and put into practice ongoing enhancements to the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of service of the systems that are under your control.
Create and implement policies for internal control, assist with yearly audits, and guarantee data consistency and integrity throughout all financial operations.
