Finance Manager Urgent Hiring

We are looking for Finance Manager to join our Team!

Location: 16F Three World Square, Upper McKinley Road, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, 1634 Metro Manila, Philippines

Work environment: Hybrid (4 days onsite; 1 day remote)
Shift: Night Shift
Salary: PHP 75,000 - 90,000/month + PHP 1,000 rice allowance

Qualifications:
•5+ years in finance, with expertise in financial planning & analysis, foreign exchange concepts, budget management, RFPs, and forecasting.
•Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning (or similar financial planning tools).
Education & Certifications:
•Degree in Accounting or Finance-related field.
•Must hold at least one of the following certifications: Certified General Accountant (CGA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Accountant (CA).
Other Factors:
•Must have confidence and practical experience applying their financial expertise in a leadership role.
•Previous experience managing finance teams and handling global accounting operations is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
•Overseeing financial planning, forecasting, and budget management.
•Managing global customer invoicing, payment cycles, and trust accounting.
•Leading the financial statement audit process and ensuring compliance.
•Working closely with cross-functional teams and providing financial insights to leadership.
•Supporting financial reporting and variance analysis.
•Utilizing Workday and Adaptive Planning for financial data management.
