Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing security guard company. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a high volume of applicants while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers. This includes identifying qualified candidates through various channels (online job boards, networking, etc.), screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, performing background checks and reference checks (in accordance with legal requirements), and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
