Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate HR Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring top talent for a variety of positions across the company. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to finding the best fit for our organization.

Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates: Utilize various sourcing channels (online job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.

Screen and interview candidates: Review applications, resumes, and cover letters. Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Manage the recruitment process: Coordinate the entire hiring process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and extending offers.

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline: Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future opportunities.

Collaborate with hiring managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the ideal candidate profile.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent and enhance the candidate experience.

Stay current with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

Promote company culture: Represent the company in a positive light and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
Proven ability to source and attract top talent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
