Are you a passionate recruiter with a knack for tech talent and a drive to help companies grow smarter and stronger?
We're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR team! In this role, you'll take the lead in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top-tier tech professionals while also supporting general HR functions such as employee engagement, compliance, and payroll coordination.
What You'll Do
1. Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles – from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews, and onboarding.
2. Develop innovative strategies to attract and engage high-quality candidates.
3. Conduct employment testing, background checks, and pre-employment documentation.
4. Support payroll preparation, benefits administration, and compliance documentation.
5. Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR administrative support.
6. Coordinate with the HR Manager on resolving employee concerns and HR-related issues.
7. Ensure alignment with Philippine labor laws and internal HR policies.

HR Operations:
-Timely and accurate completion of employee files

What You Bring:
-Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
-5+ years’ experience in technical or IT/software recruitment
-Strong grasp of recruitment platforms, Boolean search, and sourcing strategies
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
-Detail-oriented and highly organized
-Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance practices
-Experience using ATS or HRIS tools is a plus
