We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Average to good communication skills
• At least HS/SHS graduate
• With at least 6 Call Center Experience
• Typing Speed of 25 with the Accuracy of 95
