We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Voice & Non-Voice) ( Onsite)

Do you have a passion for helping customers and a knack for solving problems? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and deliver top-notch support through voice and non-voice channels!

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Provide basic technical support
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Escalate and follow up on unresolved issues
Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service
Stay informed on product updates and company policies

Qualifications:

At least 6 months of experience in customer service (voice or non-voice)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented and customer-focused
Able to work independently and with a team
Bonus: Experience with Shopify, e-commerce, or retail
