Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Whether you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, or have experience in a customer-facing role, this is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in a new and rewarding setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Engage with customers in person, over the phone, or via email, providing helpful and accurate information regarding products, services, or company policies.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, working to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Document customer interactions, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in the system.
Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve customer concerns.
Promote products, services, or special offers based on customer needs and interests.
Follow all company procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Attend regular training sessions and stay updated on company products and services to provide customers with the best possible experience.
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (does not have to be BPO-related; includes roles such as retail, food service, hospitality, or any direct customer interaction).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
High level of patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards customers.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with using digital tools and systems.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
