Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issues, ensuring first-call resolution.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Document customer interactions accurately and update account details as necessary.
Follow up with customers when required to ensure issues are resolved.
Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, even during challenging situations.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates with a degree in any field are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong listening skills and ability to engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
