Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant (Salesforce and Data Entry) to support our sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating Salesforce records, performing accurate and timely data entry, and assisting with administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and familiarity with CRM systems—especially Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, update, and clean up records in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
Input and manage leads, opportunities, contacts, and accounts within Salesforce.
Assist in generating and formatting reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
Perform regular data audits and deduplication.
Enter, review, and verify information with high attention to detail.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to gather and process data.
Manage email correspondence and handle administrative tasks as assigned.
Support scheduling, follow-ups, and other operational needs through Salesforce workflows.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative/data entry role.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred:
Experience with CRM reporting and dashboard creation.
Familiarity with other platforms integrated with Salesforce (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier).
Basic knowledge of sales and lead management processes.
Experience working with international teams
