Job Description
Duties and Responsbilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing and Advertising:
-Post job vacancies on various job portals, social media platforms, and company websites.
-Assist in sourcing candidates through online databases, social networks, and other channels.
2. Application Screening and Shortlisting:
-Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
-Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
3. Scheduling and Coordinating Interviews:
-Arrange interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
-Communicate interview details and follow-ups with candidates.
4. Candidate Communication:
-Maintain regular communication with applicants regarding their application status.
-Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.
5. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and databases.
-Track application statuses and generate reports as needed.
6. Assisting with Onboarding Processes:
-Support new hire documentation and onboarding arrangements.
-Facilitate communication between new employees and relevant departments.
7.Administrative Support:
-Prepare recruitment-related documentation and correspondence.
-Assist in organizing recruitment events or career fairs.
8. Compliance and Confidentiality:
-Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
-Maintain confidentiality of candidate information at all times.
9. Additional Support:
-Perform other administrative duties related to recruitment as assigned by the HR team.
