Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented B2B Appointment Setter with proven experience in the Australian business market. You will play a crucial role in our lead generation efforts by initiating contact with potential business clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. Your ability to communicate effectively with Australian businesses and understand their unique business landscape will be essential to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and emails to Australian businesses using provided lead lists or CRM tools
Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and ensure they align with our ideal client profile
Set and schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM systems
Develop a solid understanding of company offerings to confidently communicate value propositions
Follow-up with prospects via phone, email, or LinkedIn to ensure strong engagement
Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
Meet or exceed KPIs related to call volume, appointment setting, and conversion rates
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a B2B Appointment Setter with at least 1-2 years in the Australian market
Strong understanding of Australian business culture and etiquette
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a neutral or Australian-accented tone preferred
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and lead generation tools
Strong time management and organizational skills
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing is a plus
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach strategies and email automation tools is advantageous
Preferred:
Background working with Australian SMEs, service providers, or outsourcing companies
Prior experience in appointment setting for professional services, such as finance, insurance, IT, or consulting
Knowledge of local time zones, business hours, and public holidays across Australian states
