Job Title: Sales Agent Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Agent Manager to lead, train, and oversee a team of sales agents. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for ensuring the team meets performance goals, delivers excellent customer service, and continuously improves in both individual and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents
Monitor and evaluate agent performance through KPIs and regular reporting
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to team members
Create sales scripts and communication guidelines to improve client engagement
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on offerings
Resolve escalated customer issues and support agents in complex cases
Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to ensure skills development and team alignment

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales leadership or management role
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and performance metrics
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to motivate and manage a results-oriented team
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing remote or distributed sales teams
Background in B2B or B2C sales, depending on the company’s industry
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms
