Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry connections
Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify potential areas for growth and innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experiences
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales efforts and continuously improve our approach
Contribute to the overall business strategy and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in business development, real estate, design, sales, marketing, or related roles. Experience in the hotel and resort industry is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Demonstrated expertise in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate market trends and develop effective sales strategies
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams
Familiarity with the new business development landscape and industry best practices
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with additional certifications or training a plus
Flexible to travel (Local and International)
