What You’ll Be Doing:

Be the Client's Go-To Partner
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients—become their strategic partner, not just another vendor.
• Lead client communications: updates, presentations, pitches, and reporting (you make the numbers tell a story!).
• Listen, understand, and align—ensuring no details fall through the cracks.
• Navigate challenges with grace and find solutions that leave everyone smiling.

Drive Projects Like a Pro
•Keep projects on track, on time, and within budget—like clockwork.
• Coordinate across teams (creative, digital, accounting, biz dev)—you’re the glue that holds it all together.
• Stay organized and document everything to keep stakeholders in the loop.
• You can spot potential roadblocks early and steer the team to smooth sailing.

Strategize and Analyze for Success
• Understand client goals and develop smart, data-driven strategies to get them there.
• Dive into market research and deliver insights that move the needle.
• Know what works and why—optimize campaigns based on results and drive ROI.
• Always be on the lookout for opportunities to grow client accounts.

Lead with Impact
• Mentor and guide a team of Account Executives. Help them grow while keeping the vibe positive and collaborative.
• Host regular team huddles to align on goals, share wins, and tackle any roadblocks.
• Create opportunities for professional development because a team that learns together, wins together.

What we're looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in an agency (digital marketing is your playground).
• Proven experience in client communication, relationship management, and presenting results that wow.
• A pro at managing multiple projects, budgets, and timelines without breaking a sweat.
• Experience collaborating with creative, digital, and business teams to make things happen.
• A sharp strategic thinker who analyzes data and turns insights into action.
• Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital tools.
• Solid understanding of social media strategies, paid media, KPIs, and campaign tracking.
• A natural leader who can mentor teams, resolve conflicts, and keep everyone aligned.
Salary:
₱40,000.00 Monthly
