Assistant Manager Market Research
Job Description:
As an Assistant Manager, Market Research, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing market data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support business decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop research strategies, conduct surveys, and assess market conditions. This role offers a great opportunity to enhance strategic thinking and contribute to the company’s growth through data-driven insights.

Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or certification in market research or data analytics is a plus.
- Experience:
--- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or a related field is required.
--- Experience in survey design, focus groups, and consumer behavior analysis is highly desirable.
--- Experience in developing and presenting market research reports and insights to senior management.
--- Hands-on experience with market research methodologies such as qualitative and quantitative research, ethnographic studies, and competitive analysis.
- Skills:
--- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS, SAS, Excel, or Google Analytics.
--- Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
--- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data manipulation and PowerPoint for presentations.
--- Knowledge of survey software such as SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, or similar platforms is advantageous.
--- Ability to work with big data and experience in data mining.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to identify market trends, consumer behavior patterns, and potential business opportunities through thorough data analysis.

Salary & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of PHP 50,000 – PHP 70,000, with performance incentives and career advancement opportunities. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid leave, and professional development programs.
