Sales Account Manager (With Commission Per Succeeding Sale)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Account Manager with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The position offers a commission for every succeeding sale, making it ideal for a results-driven professional who excels in client engagement and strategic selling.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Conduct regular client check-ins and meetings to ensure satisfaction.
2. Sales Growth and Strategy

Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products.
Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategic account plans.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Earn commission for every additional sale beyond initial contracts.
3. Account Coordination and Support

Work with internal departments to fulfill client requirements.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights.
Monitor account budgets to maintain profitability.
4. Market Insights and Development

Stay updated on industry trends and market movements.
Provide client feedback to product and marketing teams.
Represent the company at relevant events and conferences.
5. Other Duties

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Immediate Superior or the Company.
Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Work Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales-related role.
Experience as a Sales Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar role, preferably in the software or technology sector.
Competencies

Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to grow accounts and exceed revenue goals.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with SaaS or cloud-based products is a plus.
Willingness to travel when needed.
Strong problem-solving and client-service orientation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
