Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and staff.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services for the building or office premises.
Monitor building safety, cleanliness, and security protocols.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and building service providers.
Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and internal communications.
Maintain records related to building permits, inspections, and utility bills.
Support company events, meetings, and employee requests related to workspace needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to facilities.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course.
With at least 2 years of experience in administrative work, preferably with building/facilities exposure.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
With good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
With basic building operations or facilities management experience.
Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Ermita, Manila.
