Job Description

Job Type: Full-time (Makati Office) 
Salary Offer: Php 18, 000
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm

Qualifications: 

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology (essential). 
 1-2 years relevant work experience (essential). 
 25-35 years old. 
 Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
 Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. 
 Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and
communication tools. 
 Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. 
 Meticulous attention to detail. 
 Ability to accurately follow instructions. 
 
Job Responsibilities:

 Proactively source and attract top talent through various channels online job boards, social
media, employee referrals, agency partnerships, etc.
 Screen resumes and cover letters, using relevant keywords and criteria to identify potential
candidates for open positions.
 Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates,
managing logistics and keeping all parties informed.
 Design and write compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and company
culture.
 Coordinate with recruitment agencies to source and evaluate candidates.
Manage the background checking process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company
policies and legal requirements.
 Onboarding new hires, preparing paperwork, benefits information, and other necessary
documentation.
 Coordinate new hire orientations and training sessions.
 Monitor employment activity (leaves, attendance, probation period progress) and provide
administrative support to employees.
 Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews, document
collection, and finalizing payroll.
 Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (Als).
 Analyze recruitment data and trends, providing insights to improve the hiring and onboarding
process.
 Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in recruitment, talent management, and HR
regulations.
 monitoring and sending out performance evaluations as well as preparing contracts for
regularizations
 monitoring and updating the employee masterlist in smartsheet and excel
 safekeeping 201 files
 Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Other Duties:

 Participate and Handling special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
 Provide support in other HR functions as required
