What We Seek:
> At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Lead in a contact center environment, leading sales agents.
> At least college-level education
> Must have Sales Revenue as the major metric/KPI.
> With a record of exceeding sales targets and receiving recognitions or awards for exceptional performance.
