Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the industrial, energy, and manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure individual and team targets are met.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, tracking progress against targets and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA) or advanced degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the industrial, energy, or manufacturing sectors, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the industrial, energy, and manufacturing sectors, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) are a plus.
- Experience in international sales or working with global clients is highly preferred.
