Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations at our arcade entertainment venue. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including customer experience, team management, sales performance, and facility upkeep. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interactive entertainment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Ensure smooth daily operations of the arcade, including game floor supervision, bar (if applicable), food service, and maintenance.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise team members across departments (front desk, game attendants, bartenders, kitchen staff).

Customer Experience: Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by ensuring excellent service, clean facilities, and prompt issue resolution.

Sales & Budgeting: Monitor sales, manage budgets, and implement strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory of arcade tokens/cards, bar stock, kitchen supplies, and redemption prizes.

Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and cleanliness standards in accordance with local regulations.

Marketing Support: Collaborate on promotions, events, and social media campaigns to drive foot traffic and community engagement.

Facility Oversight: Coordinate with technicians to ensure all arcade machines and systems are fully operational.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment venue management.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.

Knowledge of arcade equipment and POS systems is a plus.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Salary:
