Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Dining Manager to support the Dining Manager in overseeing front-of-house operations and ensuring outstanding customer service. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in guest services and team supervision who are looking to grow into a more senior managerial role in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Dining Manager in supervising daily dining operations and staff performance.
Monitor customer service and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and responsive service.
Support in managing reservations, table assignments, and dining flow to ensure efficient service.
Help train, schedule, and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers.
Address customer concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
