Job Description

Essential Skills
-Proficient in using both the QuickBooks accounting software and the Microsoft Office suite of programs like Word and Excel
-Detail-oriented
-Organized
-Diplomacy in handling difficult situations/ conflicts
-Willing to be assigned in Solviento Villas, Bacoor Cavite
Official work hours: Monday-Saturday: 8am-5pm; Monday: 1pm-5pm

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-Perform administrative works
-Receives inquiries and complaints
-Conducts billing preparation and performs collection functions
-Maintain accurate records of outstanding bills and payments
-Coordinate with the Village Administrators, Accounting Assistant and Accounting Manager to settle any billing and collection related issues and concerns
-Conduct collection follow up to clients and aggressively collect accounts receivable using establish criteria
-Prepare reminder and demand letter for clients with outstanding balance

Experience Required
1 to 3 years relevant experience in Property Management Administrative Assistant
Salary:
₱20,000.00 Monthly
