Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing the Accounts Receivable Invoices (AR), official receipts and collection receipts.
- Handle the revolving fund and petty cash replenishment and reviews the accuracy correctness of disbursements.
- Responsible for preparing the monthly vat report
- Assist Accounting Supervisor and Accounting Manager in carrying out different responsibilities in Accounting Department
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by Immediate Head from time to time
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy or any Business-related course
- At least 1 year work related experience is advantage
- With good time management, verbal and communication skills
- Competent in MS Excel and Word application
- Ability to multi-task, attention to detail, remain motivated and positive
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
- Candidate who are diligent, organized, likes routine work and enjoys daily accounting work will be a good fit for this role
- Willing to be trained and start immediately
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
- Salary:
- ₱16,770.00 Monthly
