Job Description

Position: Spanish Team Leader (BGC)

Key Qualifications:
Available for shifting schedules.
Must be able to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.
Available to start immediately.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in BPO/BPM.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least B2 level Spanish proficiency (CEFR or Berlitz).
Previous team lead experience for Spanish-speaking voice agents.
Over 2 years in leadership roles.
Job Responsibilities:
Effectively manage teams, including resource planning, career development, performance, and attrition.
Coach and support team members to address knowledge, skill, and motivation gaps.
Handle user/customer escalations, develop action plans, and ensure resolution.
Implement and oversee internal and external governance.
Keep the team updated on process changes and targets.
Identify process improvement opportunities and mentor team members on improvement initiatives.
