Job Description
**Position: Spanish Team Leader (BGC)**
**Key Qualifications:**
- Willingness to work various shifts.
- Must work ONSITE in BGC Taguig.
- Available to start immediately.
**Requirements:**
- At least 4 years of customer service experience in the BPO/BPM sector.
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- Spanish proficiency of at least B2 level according to CEFR or Berlitz.
- Previous experience as a team lead for Spanish-speaking agents handling voice calls (inbound or outbound).
- A minimum of 2 years in leadership positions.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Efficiently manage teams, including resource planning, career development, performance oversight, and attrition management.
- Mentor and assist team members in closing knowledge gaps and addressing skill and motivation challenges.
- Address user/customer escalations, taking ownership of issues until they are resolved.
- Regularly develop and implement internal and external governance.
- Keep the team informed about the latest process updates, changes, and performance targets.
- Identify ideas for process improvements and guide team members in implementing initiatives such as Six Sigma or Lean projects.
