Base Pay: PHP 32,000

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Trainer Team Lead to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions, mentoring employees, and ensuring they develop essential workplace skills. If you have a passion for teaching and a background in finance, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training on general skills and competencies, including:
- Verbal & Written Communication
- Time Management Skills
- Basic Spreadsheet/Document Creation Skills
- Develop training materials and facilitate engaging sessions
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback
- Support continuous learning and employee development
Qualifications:
- Preferably with prior trainer experience
- Background or experience in finance is an advantage
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Salary:
- ₱32,000.00 Monthly
