Job Description

As a Team Lead, you’ll oversee service engagement and delivery across the region and act as the line manager for MCs within your assigned pod or discipline.

Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy

Manage team operations and performance
Provide thought leadership on service delivery and compliance
Drive strategic discussions with CMO and GPS at the regional level
Collaborate with key client leads to optimize service delivery
Monitor KPIs and share best practices across regions
Service Management
Accountable for end-to-end service delivery
Oversee resource planning, hiring, and onboarding
Manage workload distribution and team performance
Provide coaching, training, and support to team members
Service Deployment & Readiness
Ensure process alignment and continuous improvement
Collaborate with global and regional leads on service innovation
Address operational issues with SDH and Finance teams
Stakeholder & Community Engagement
Engage with functional stakeholders to align on service expectations
Offer consultative support and share global best practices

Qualification
Required Competencies/Skills:

* Solid project management and client management experience

* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of project management strategies and tools · Basic proficiency in business, systems, and process analysis

* Strong relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills

* Proven written and verbal communication skills

* Demonstrated understanding of Excel with advanced skills

* Ability to articulate and evangelize services with stakeholders Required Experience:

* University degree * 15 years or more experience in marketing communications (agency or client side)

* Strong client service or account management background · Experience working with international campaigns / regional stakeholders (APAC preferred) · B2B marketing experience is a plus Desired Characteristics:
