Job Description
Salary Range: PHP 20,000 – PHP 23,000 per month
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
JOB SUMMARY:
Perform routine administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, organizing files, and providing information to callers
Support the sales team with necessary documentation and office management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer phone calls, provide information, take messages, and transfer calls
Greet visitors and handle inquiries or direct them to the right person
Enter and manage information in the company database
Utilize computers and office applications for documentation and processing
Operate office equipment (fax machines, copiers, phone systems)
Set up and manage paper and electronic filing systems
Handle email communications and coordinate information flow
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
Maintain event calendars for the sales team
Prepare and distribute meeting notes, reports, and correspondence
Complete and process company forms and documents
Conduct internet searches for required information
Sort and distribute incoming mail and routine letters
Review documents for spelling, grammar, and company formatting
Make copies of correspondence and printed materials
Learn and operate new office technologies
Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for office personnel
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related fields
Experience:
Open to fresh graduates
1 year of Secretarial or Office Administration experience (Preferred)
Skills & Requirements:
Strong written and oral communication skills
Fast-learner with new office and computer technologies (Advantage)
Fluent in English (Required)
