Job Description

Job Summary

Oversees kitchen operation
Prepares and Oversees kitchen inventory
Prepares monthly kitchen spoilage report
Prepares withdrawal and purchase request
Prepares kitchen weekly schedule
Prepares weekly employees meal menu in coordination w/ purchasing
Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year and up of working experience in a Chinese or Cantonese Restaurant.
Preferably Supervisor with 1 to 2 years and Up Experienced Employee specialized in Food / Beverage / Restaurant Service or equivalent.
