XIU offers traditional Cantonese food, focusing on seafood and traditional roasted specialties. Quality and authenticity of our food is the top priority. Hence, we partnered with Lawrence Koo of West Villa, an acclaimed restaurant in Hong Kong that has been in operation for decades. Our kitchen is spearheaded by Chef de Cuisine David Cheung who has commandeered some of the most prestigious kitchens in Hong Kong and China, including West Villa and Lei Garden.
