Job Description
Job Title: IT ENGINEER
The IT Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT
infrastructure, ensuring system security, and providing technical support to ensure
seamless business operations.
Job Description:
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure data security and implement cybersecurity protocols.
• Manage system updates and backups to prevent data loss.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on IT-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Manage user access and system security settings.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT solutions.
Requirements and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, hardware, and software
troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and data protection.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
