Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP BASIS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA BASIS and have a proven track record in SAP implementations, including hands-on experience with at least two SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Implementations. You will play a critical role in ensuring successful system implementations, user acceptance testing, go-live readiness, and post-go-live support, while collaborating with internal teams and customers to deliver seamless and efficient SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform SAP S/4HANA BASIS activities, including system installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance.
Lead and support two or more SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Implementations, ensuring smooth project execution.
Utilize Software Update Manager (SUM) tools to perform system upgrades and patches.
Design and manage roles and authorizations to ensure system security and compliance.
Handle complex system integrations to enable smooth data flow between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Assist customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by resolving issues and providing technical guidance.
Oversee implementation phases, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Provide go-live support to ensure a successful transition to the new SAP system.
Deliver post-go-live support, troubleshooting system issues, and optimizing performance.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Deep knowledge and hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA BASIS.
Proficiency in SAP Software Update Manager (SUM) and system administration tools.
Strong understanding of SAP roles and authorizations concepts.
Experience managing complex system integrations in SAP environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with customers and team members.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of SAP BASIS experience, with at least 2 years in SAP S/4HANA BASIS.
Proven experience with at least 2 SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Implementations.
Certification in SAP BASIS or SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
