Job Description
Position: Associate Application Support
Company Industry: IT Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Schedule: Regular Schedule (M-F Weekends off)
Salary: Php 18,000 - Php 25,000 gross
Work set up: Full work onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
Have experience in Database MS SQL and MRP System.
Understanding of SQL databases and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage
Have experience in Implementing system applications.
Responsible in implementing of package software in manufacturing company.
Monitor system performance and resolve application-related issues promptly
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of incidents
Assist in testing, deploying, and documenting application updates and patches
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
