About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Head Waiter to join our dynamic team at Iconique Mall Colon' in Cebu City, Cebu. As our Head Waiter, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and the smooth operation of our busy restaurant. This full-time position will see you leading and mentoring our front-of-house staff to deliver an unparalleled dining experience for our valued patrons.

What you'll be doing

•Overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant's front-of-house, including managing staff schedules, assignments, and performance
•Providing excellent customer service and handling any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
•Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of orders
•Monitoring stock levels of dining equipment and supplies, and placing orders as needed
•Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

•Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
•Willing to be assigned in Hong Kong
•Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional service
•Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate staff
•Proficient in inventory management and stock control
•Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the food and beverage industry
•Flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays
