Kitchen Staff

The candidate will be working as a griller and line cook.

As a GRILLER, you will work on a charcoal / gas fired grill with exhaust. Your daily routine includes firing up the grill, prepare food products, grill, check inventory and reorder, clean up station at closing.

As a COOK, you will work on a 4 to 6 high pressure gas range, to cook and fry. Your daily routine includes preparing food products and prep table, verify inventory, take out stocks, cook and plate, at closing check stocks and reorder and clean up station.
This is a split schedule, either opening crew or closing crew with an 8hr shift. Entry level personnel will be trained to operate all stations.

Qualifications:
• A 1yr experience in the fast-food service set up is highly beneficial.
• Decent verbal and written communication skills
• Can perform inventory control and reports
• Highly organized, disciplined and a multi tasker
• Understands hygiene and safety concepts
• Integrity and Honesty are key attributes
• Willing to commit to building a career for the long term

Specifications:
The Applicant will be trained to perform grill and gas range stations to prepare all food menu items except desserts.
