Job Description

Papsy’s BBQ is looking for a motivated and skilled Restaurant Manager to help oversee and support seven restaurant branches across Cebu and Lapu-Lapu. This role is hands-on and requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves driving operational excellence across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:
-Supervise daily operations across all 7 branches; travel to each site weekly
-Fill in as acting manager when needed due to absences, turnover, or special events
-Ensure consistent execution of company standards, SOPs, and food quality
-Identify performance gaps and coach on-site teams toward improvement
-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as labor, food cost, and sales
-Conduct regular audits (cleanliness, food safety, service, overall efficiency)
-Implement promotional strategies across branches
-Act as a liaison between store-level teams and ownership

Requirements:
 5+ years of fast food set-up restaurant management experience; multi-unit management preferred
 Strong leadership and mentoring skills
 Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
 Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
 Competent in preparing reports
 Ability to draft guidelines and assist in operational module design
 Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
 Food Handler and/or Manager Certification (preferred)
