Job Description

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for managing the front desk, checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Must be professional, approachable, and service-oriented.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field referred
- At least 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role in a luxury hotel
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or other hotel management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Must be professional, approachable, and service-oriented
