Job Description

Work Setup: Onsite (18 United Street. Bo. Kapitolyo, Pasig City)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication or other related field
- At least two (2) years of proven experience in a similar role preferably supporting senior executives
- Has strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Has excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Mandarin or Fookien speaking is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel
- Knowledge in project management tools like CRM, Cloud Services, SAP, MS SAAS is an advantage.
- Must possess a strong personality in facing hurdles & operational challenges
- Must be experienced in Business Writing

Job Description
Responsible for administrative support, involvement in strategic planning, project management & operational coordination with the President /CEO. Acts as a liaison between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders. Conducts research to provide data analysis to support decision-making.
Salary:
₱40,000.00 Monthly
