Job Description
Requirements:
College graduate preferably in the field of Business Administration, Marketing or Communications with
academic
preparation related to Advertising.
At least five (5) years of experience directly related to Accounts Management on Out-of-home advertising
Responsibilities:
Sales Planning & Strategy
Develops annual sales plans, including strategies for growth, target achievement, budget allocation, and account management.
Sets sales quotas and identifies business opportunities.
Sales Execution & Team Management
Guides subordinates to improve performance, adjust sales plans, and implement catch-up strategies.
Conducts weekly meetings for updates and coaching.
Financial Coordination
Works with Finance to manage receivables and optimize budget utilization.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Prepares reports on sales bookings, revenue, projections, staff performance, and budget analysis.
Evaluates staff performance, provides coaching, and ensures KPI alignment.
Interdepartmental & External Coordination
Collaborates with support departments and external parties to meet service standards.
Represents the company in internal and external affairs.
Compliance & Accountability
Ensures adherence to company policies, maintains records, and safeguards confidential information.
Takes accountability for issued resources, system access, and financial matters.
Marketing & Growth Support
Monitors marketing activities that drive sales growth.
