HIRING FOR FINANCE/ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

*Salary/Pay: P22,000/monthly (+1K for Perfect Attendance)

*Work Setup: Office based (Alabang, Muntinlupa City)

*Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and ideal candidate for the position of Finance Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, preparing financial reports, budgeting and forecasting processes and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.

*Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor and manage financial transactions, performance, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow
-Implement and assist effective financial reporting systems with accuracy
-Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support business growth
-Prepare and submit internal and external audits and tax filings
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and initiatives
-Work closely with inter/intra departments to align financial transactions and strategies

*Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
-2~4 years of experience in Finance or accounting role
-Proficiency in Microsoft excel and financial reporting software
-Excellent analytical, problem solving skills
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Punctual in attendance and meeting deadlines
-Able to communicate in English
-Previous work experience in PEZA-registered companies
-Familiarity with PEZA regulations and compliance requirements
-(Preferred) able to communicate in basic Korean
